Therapists in Sweden Job Summary

The physical therapist assists patients in achieving their highest level of performance in accordance with the Plan of Care that the doctor has prescribed.

The physical therapist performs physical therapy evaluations, develops plans, and implements treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part.

Complies with all requirements for care set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association. Both inpatient and outpatient care require a per diem. ready to train the ideal individual

Job Responsibilities

  • In accordance with accepted physical therapy principles and practices, assess inpatients and create a thorough treatment plan to return them to their highest level of functional ability.
  • After an illness, accident, or physical impairment, direct therapy intervention is used to restore patient functioning and prevent disability.
  • Give patients medical attention in an acute care situation. The ED, med-surg, swing-bed (rehab), and SCU are included in this. If requested, there is also the option of cross-training in an outpatient setting.

Job Qualifications
