Sales Manager Job Openings in the United Kingdom Summary

This position will be located within the Disney Media Sales team’s EMEA team in London, with a focus on fostering revenue development from TWDC’s existing internal brand partners as well as from external advertisers and agencies.

The position calls for a candidate who can combine their expertise in digital media with a level of knowledge about the larger Walt Disney Company in order to comprehend the stakeholder matrix and capitalize on the wider value proposition.

With help from other lines of business (LOBs), such as Consumer Products, Games & Publishing (Licensees), Disney+, theatrical, and corporate alliance partners, the role focuses on generating digital (YouTube) and social (FB, Instagram, & Twitter) revenue from our internal funnel of TWDC brand partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive TWDC’s internal and external partners’ digital and social revenue creation
  • Describe the possibilities for partners to invest in Disney’s digital advertising platforms.
  • Consult with and inform other lines of business (LOBs) about the opportunities and products provided by the Disney Media Partnerships team, as well as our digital media proposition.
  • Directly assist in upselling Disney Digital opportunities and touchpoints to licensees and advertising partners.

  • Work collaboratively with all LOBs to find new customers, spot appropriate business possibilities, and provide tailored solutions to support product launches, IP releases, or important franchise campaigns.
  • Work together with the head of ad operations and the social activation supervisor to execute successful campaigns for clients, giving them best-in-class services and generating repeat business.
  • Create and maintain multi-market digital media collateral, as well as assist in creating pitch and proposal materials that are customized to clients.
  • To guarantee consistency of approach and coordination with internal marketing, manage connections with external agencies with Licensee/promotional brands such as Mattel, Hasbro, and Lego.
  • Work to support any team members who are less experienced in terms of positions and advancement.
  • Develop ties with agencies and get income from unlicensed brands.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or partnerships in digital media
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital and social media ecosystem, including media planning and buying across a variety of digital platforms
