They assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates by taking part in the training of new Cashiers and using all resources at their disposal to guide and develop other Cashiers. They also provide first-level escalation for customer complaints.
Job Responsibilities
- Using a cash register to enter payments for products or services
- Enters transactions, provide change, obtains valid signatures and authorization for charge/check operations, and generates receipts.
