An exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our devoted core nursing team in providing quality nursing care to our group of 30 – 40 residential and respite young adults with diverse complicated physical and learning impairment requirements has arisen.

Working experience and a background in caring for people with complex health needs are preferred. We’re seeking for a nurse who follows a Person-Centered Care philosophy and can communicate clearly and effectively (Both written and verbally). You’ll be dependable and adaptable, with a solid grasp of clinical terminology and the ability to observe and appraise situations effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that patients undergoing operations receive high-quality treatment.
  • Assist medical workers and other members of the healthcare team in ensuring that treatments are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
  • Keep detailed records of patient observation, treatment, and care.
  • Members of the team must be supervised.
