Gardeners in the United Arab Emirates Job Summary

We’re seeking for a Gardener to help us install and manage the property’s flowers, trees, and green spaces. Gardener responsibilities include watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens, and keeping green spaces and walkways free of debris and litter.

You should be able to operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and fertilizers while adhering to all applicable health and safety requirements. Finally, you will ensure that our gardens and green spaces remain healthy and attractive.

Job Responsibilities

• Plants for the season should be installed and maintained.
• Green spaces should be mowed, trimmed, and fertilized.

Job Qualifications

• Working as a Gardener
• Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them Familiarity with landscaping design Extensive knowledge of area plant life Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers
• Ability to move large goods Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping
• The capacity to stand for long periods of time A passion for the outdoors and plants A high school diploma or GED
• Landscape technicians must have mechanical abilities, such as operating and conducting general maintenance on ride-on mowers, weed trimmers, and chemical spray equipment.
• Landscape technicians must be physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, and crouching for extended periods of time, as well as carrying heavy stones, slates, fertilizer and grass seed bags, and other materials used in landscape care and design.
• Customer service – giving satisfactory service to homeowners and business owners is a skill that employers look for in landscape technicians.
