Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on board the plane.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment with workers and customers on a regular basis.
• In both emergency and non-emergency situations, provide excellent leadership, direction, and help.
• Prepare, serve, and replace in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, as well as sell onboard booze and food, in a timely manner.
• During the flight, calmly manage passenger issues such as rowdy individuals and medical problems.
• Meet and greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage stowage, and make onboard announcements.
• Examine and properly operate aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment such as escape slides, fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, and automatic external defibrillators to ensure compliance with safety rules (AED)
• Without supervision, follow defined procedures and performance requirements.

Job Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Excellent English communication skills are necessary to offer passengers safety information and to produce clear, factual, and detailed reports about unusual, emergency, and security incidents.
• Comfortable operating audio and video systems, collecting and tracking in-flight purchases, and performing other flight and training activities using basic electronic devices and PEDs.
• Willing to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for up to 16 hours
• Having the ability to travel frequently and for long periods of time alone without supervision.
