The therapist must be able to deal with crisis situations and complex behaviors, as well as collaborate with the patient’s guardians, school, and other care providers.

Job Responsibilities
- The Therapist will maintain and manage a clinical caseload at the Center’s and VP of Clinical Operations -at YFS’s discretion. This will encompass clinical and financial needs management.
- The therapist should be able to accurately assess the client’s needs and take action to meet those needs. These requirements are frequently different, and they will differ from one patient to the next.
- The Therapist should be aware of the youth’s natural support and aid in developing them as needed by the youth’s family and other caregivers.
Job Qualifications
- A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling is recommended.
- The Kansas Behavioral sciences regulatory board has granted us a license (BSRB)
- Meet the certification requirements set forth by the Kansas Association of Community Mental Health Centers’ credentialing committee.
