Job Responsibilities

• Offer patient care over the phone in an effective, personable, and professional manner.
• Help patients complete forms correctly, and record all information in compliance with internal standards and procedures.
• In charge of all procedures relating to the reception-patient trip, such as patient booking, arrival, and payment on the appropriate system.
• All customers should be directed to the proper area, services, and professionals.

Job Qualifications

• It will be advantageous if you have prior experience working in a customer-focused workplace, like a reception.
