Job Responsibilities

• Drive carefully and conduct safety checks on business cars
• Observe all applicable municipal, state, and employer policies as well as traffic and driving laws.
• Handle packages successfully and deliver them on schedule
• Despite challenging circumstances or occurrences, provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Work in all types of weather, lift packages (up to 50 lbs. ), maintain a fast pace in a physically demanding setting, and repeatedly enter and exit a van during the day at various places.

• Ensure deliveries are fulfilled and outstanding customer service is delivered by maintaining effective communication with the support team.
• Utilize a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, administrative tasks including clocking in and out, and communication with managers and other team members.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle’s cargo with packages.
• Support the team’s everyday tasks by participating in rescue calls when other team members need help with their routes, for example.
• Always act with the highest ethical standards.
• Display exceptional attention to detail and use critical thinking to independently solve challenges.
• Work in a self-directed setting with a positive outlook.

Job Qualifications

• Age requirement of 21 years or older
• A valid driver’s license is required (CDL not required)
• a valid work permit for the United States
• a 5-Panel Drug Screening is required.
• must have a spotless driving record (multiple violations may disqualify you from the position)
• Maintain a positive outlook
• English fluency (being bilingual or multilingual is a plus)
• able to finish required training able to work on holidays and weekends
