This role is responsible for the data-based design, proactive planning, and exceptional execution of our HR programs and procedures for scale, efficacy, and accomplishment of our targeted practical and cultural results.

This is done in partnership with partners and stakeholders. Several initiatives in HR Consulting, such as those linked to pay and process development, are included in the scope of a few important programs.

Supporting managers and employees through challenging workplace issues, offering to consult on a range of issues (career, performance, workplace behavior, policies), and working with HR Business Partners to enable the strategic people priorities are just a few of this position’s key duties.

In addition to working with a matrix of HR and Legal partners to design local rules and compliance processes, among other things, the job will build and deploy data-driven solutions that influence manager competency at scale.

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree OR 7+ years of experience working with business or human resources programs/processes and 5+ years of expertise with business or human resources programs and procedures.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations
  • Project Management expertise and understanding that have been demonstrated

Additional or Preferable Requirements

  • strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, widely scattered team environment while managing ambiguity and producing outcomes.
  • demonstrated understanding of regional labor laws.
