Job Responsibilities

• Ensure each passenger receives the best service possible aboard our aircraft to maximize their comfort and safety.
• At all times, project and uphold a good attitude and composure.
• Follow all laws, rules, and regulations, including those of the Federal Aviation Administration, when doing any work-related tasks. In times of emergency, act appropriately. Give those who are in distress essential medical assistance, such as by giving CPR and basic first aid.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You’ll also take payments for things you’ve bought and process them.

• Assist with customer service tasks including lifting, moving, and storing luggage in storage spaces or overhead bins.

Job Qualifications

• A permit to work in the United States
• being able to arrive at your allocated base for work in less than two hours.
• GED or an equivalent, or a high school diploma. A college degree with a BA/BS or a combination of education and relevant experience is desirable.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
• attain the minimum age requirement of 21.
• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• To freely enter and depart from any location where Endeavor Air operates, you must have and maintain a valid passport or other acceptable forms of identification.
• successfully passing a thorough background investigation that included a Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug test and a government-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
