Corinna Everson’s Education
According to Wikipedia, Corinna was born in Racine, Wisconsin and she went to a High School in Deerfield, Illinois.
She performed really well in Gymnastics, Track & Field, and Badminton at the University of Wisconsin-Madison that she attended.

Cory Everson Bodyshaping and Bodybuilding Career
She began rigorous bodybuilding training after her graduation and made significant progress. She and Jeff Everson, her husband (at that time) trained at Ernie’s Gym in Madison.
Corinna emerged the winner of the Ms. Olympia contest at her first participation and held the title for 6 years in a row until she retired from the competition (from 1984-1989).
Cory Everson Bodyshaping: Awards and Honors:
Corinna got inducted as part of the inaugural group into the IFBB Hall of Fame in January 1999.
She also bagged an induction into the Muscle Beach Venice Hall of Fame on the 5th of September, 2005.
Also, she emerged as the first woman to be presented with Lifetime Achievement Award at the Arnold Classic in 2007.
In addition to her honors and awards, she got inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2008.

After Cory retired from the Ms. Olympia competition, she made her way into acting and had her first major appearance in “Double Impact” in 1991, alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme.
She also appeared in “Natural Born Killers” (1994) where she took a minor role, followed by “Ballistic” in 1995.
Corinna made guest appearances in tv series, she played Atalanta in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
Alongside her sister, Cameo Kneuer, she appeared in 2 episodes of The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.

Corinna’s Husband
Corinna got married at 24, to Jeff Everson in 1982. She met Jeff at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he worked as a strength coach.
While they were married, the couple built a successful mail-order clothing business which they named “Sampson and Delilah”.
She and Jeff however divorced in 1996 and she decided to maintain her stage name as “Everson”.
Cory got married again in 1998, to a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Steve Donia.

Cory and Dr. Steve Donia after their marriage adopted two children from Russia.
Cory Everson’s Sister
Corinna has a sister, Cameo Kneuer who won the Ms. National Fitness twice and is the main character of the TV game series “Knights and Warriors”.
